SCOPE OF THE TERMS
These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to purchases made by individual consumers through this website or its linked Stripe checkout pages. The services consist of individually prepared archetype-based interpretation and reflection reports delivered in PDF format. A purchase is subject to the version of these terms communicated before the order is placed.
The content is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Where consumer law gives the buyer non-waivable rights, those rights take precedence over any contrary wording in these terms.
OUR FIVE PRODUCTS
TEO LEDA sells five individually prepared digital portrait products for private, non-commercial use. Each product's scope and contents are described on its sales page:
The reference numbers are shown on the website with EUR/USD indications. Stripe may present the transaction in a supported local currency. Exchange rates and any conversion adjustments may affect the amount paid in that currency. The final price, applicable taxes and payment currency displayed at Stripe checkout before the customer authorises payment are decisive.
Only digital PDF products are supplied; no physical item is shipped. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the chosen portrait or collection before placing an order.
ORDERING, PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
Choose a product and select “ORDER NOW” to enter the secure Stripe-hosted checkout. Before paying, review the product, the amount, the payment currency and any applicable taxes. The order is confirmed after successful payment.
Stripe processes payment card information. TEO LEDA does not collect or retain full card numbers. The buyer must provide a working email address and, where necessary, a means of receiving the questionnaire link.
Following payment, TEO LEDA sends a secure Google Forms questionnaire link manually by email or WhatsApp. An order acknowledgement and all legally required contractual information, including withdrawal information, must be delivered to the customer on a durable medium.
Where required, an invoice or service note will be issued and supplied. [TO COMPLETE BEFORE LIVE SALES: compliant invoice/receipt delivery and durable-medium order confirmation]
Draft test environment: checkout links currently point to Stripe test mode; they must be replaced with live payment links before paid orders are accepted.
PERSONALISATION & INFORMATION REQUIRED
A private questionnaire is required to prepare each ordered product. TEO LEDA sends the Google Forms link manually following payment. The contents of the questionnaire are proprietary and may vary according to the product.
The buyer must provide accurate and complete answers. The delivery period begins only when all necessary answers have been received. If information is missing, TEO LEDA may request clarification before starting work.
Once the completed questionnaire has been submitted and production has begun, changes of preference, new answers or a different personal profile are not included in the purchased price. A new order may be needed for a substantial new request. This does not limit statutory remedies for incorrect or non-conforming content.
The buyer must be at least 18. Information about partners or children may only be submitted where the buyer is authorised to share it, including parental responsibility where relevant. Avoid disclosing unnecessary sensitive data. For more details, see the Privacy Policy.
DELIVERY, TIMING & FORMAT
The personalised portrait(s) are delivered as digital PDF files, normally within 7 calendar days after receipt of the complete questionnaire, rather than 7 days from payment. TEO LEDA will contact the buyer promptly if important information is missing or an exceptional delay occurs. Mandatory consumer rights in the event of delayed delivery remain applicable.
Delivery is made by email, with a private download link where appropriate. The download link remains available for 30 calendar days after it is sent. Customers should download and securely keep their PDF during that period. The production copy is deleted after the stated retention period unless further retention is legally required.
The buyer requires access to email and an ordinary PDF reader. For technical issues, a missing or corrupt file, or a delivery problem, contact contact.teoleda@gmail.com.
WITHDRAWAL — 14 DAYS
For distance contracts with consumers, the statutory withdrawal period is generally 14 calendar days from conclusion of the contract, subject to legally applicable exceptions and any stronger mandatory consumer protections in the buyer's jurisdiction.
Digital content supplied without a physical medium may qualify for an exception if supply begins before the period ends and the buyer has given prior express consent, acknowledged that this causes loss of the withdrawal right, and received the required confirmation on a durable medium. The fact that a portrait is personalised does not automatically remove the right.
If the contract is legally classified as a service rather than a supply of digital content, the relevant statutory rules for services and completed performance apply. These terms do not eliminate non-waivable rights by calling a purchase “non-refundable”.
Where the right remains available, a buyer may notify a withdrawal by contacting contact.teoleda@gmail.com, using the model form below, or through any legally required withdrawal interface once implemented. Statutory refunds and remedies will be honoured.
[REQUIRED BEFORE LIVE SALES: verify digital-content/service classification; implement express and separate consent, acknowledgement and durable-medium confirmation where relying on an early-performance exception; implement any mandatory online withdrawal mechanism.]
STATUTORY CONFORMITY & COMPLAINTS
Personalised interpretation is subjective and does not guarantee a particular emotional, career, relationship or financial result. For this reason, TEO LEDA does not offer free revisions or discretionary refunds simply because a customer disagrees with an interpretation or wishes to change their original answers.
However, this policy does not restrict statutory rights. The delivered digital files must conform to the product description and mandatory standards. If the buyer receives an unreadable file, an incorrect product, missing contracted content or another conformity defect, TEO LEDA will consider the complaint and provide legally required remedies, which may include correction, replacement, price reduction or refund.
Submit an issue to contact.teoleda@gmail.com with the order reference and a concise explanation. Mandatory consumer guarantees and applicable law govern the resolution.
PERMITTED USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All original TEO LEDA portrait content, report structures, branding, website texts, photographs and original graphic elements remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
The purchaser receives a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, read and keep the purchased report for private use. Reproduction for commercial purposes, resale, commercial redistribution, public posting, unauthorised adaptation or presentation of the work as one's own is prohibited without prior written consent, subject to mandatory legal exceptions.
TEO LEDA reserves the right to pursue legally available remedies in the event of copyright infringement or other unlawful use.
NATURE OF THE CONTENT
The portraits are intended for personal reflection and education. Archetypal models are interpretive frameworks and do not establish scientific predictions, diagnoses or guaranteed outcomes. They are not substitutes for psychological therapy, medical diagnosis, legal advice, regulated financial advice or other licensed professional services.
Decisions involving health, finance, law or relationships should be made independently and, where appropriate, with qualified professionals. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where the law does not permit exclusion.
CONTACT, COMPLAINTS & DISPUTES
Questions, delivery issues or consumer complaints may be sent to contact.teoleda@gmail.com. Include the order reference and a short description of the concern. We aim to resolve complaints directly and fairly.
Nothing in these terms removes consumers' statutory access to independent dispute resolution or competent courts, including mandatory rights available in their country of residence.
[PRE-LAUNCH LEGAL COMPLIANCE POINT: applicable French consumer-mediation information is not yet provided. This draft must not be treated as fully compliant without resolving the obligation.]
APPLICABLE LAW & YOUR RIGHTS
These terms are governed by French law. Consumers retain any mandatory protections afforded by the law applicable to their habitual residence where those protections cannot lawfully be excluded. Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under mandatory jurisdiction rules; no clause in these Terms obliges a consumer to waive mandatory consumer jurisdiction protections.
For information on how personal data is used, please read the Privacy Policy. Any amendments to these Terms apply prospectively and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to earlier contracts.
